How it works

  1. Sign in with Google and choose “Company” as your account type.
  2. Complete your company profile: description, industry, address, phone, a contact person and your business registration (trade licence) number and document.
  3. Request verification. Our team checks your details, usually within one to two business days.
  4. Post a job. Add the description, location, job type, salary, deadline and up to ten screening questions. You can save drafts at any time.
  5. Submit for approval. We review each new job before it goes live, so candidates can trust what they see.
  6. Review applicants. Filter by experience, education, expected salary, location and skills, update each application's status and export the list to Excel or PDF.

Our rules for job ads

  • Ads must be for a real, current vacancy with an identifiable employer.
  • Never ask candidates for payment, bank details or identity documents before a genuine offer of employment.
  • Follow the employment and anti-discrimination laws that apply where the job is located.
  • Describe pay and conditions honestly. Salary information helps you get more relevant applicants.
  • Use applicant information only for recruiting for the role they applied for.

Pricing

Posting jobs is currently free. If we introduce paid services, such as featured job ads, we will tell you in advance and you will only pay for services you choose.

Is your company already listed?

Some job ads are gathered from public job sources, so your company may already have a profile here. To manage it, receive its applications or have it removed, contact us from your company email address and we will connect it to your account.
