About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Accounting Assistant to join our team. As a full-time Accounting Assistant , you will play a crucial role in providing financial and clerical support by ensuring accurate reporting of accounting data. Assists Supervisor and/or Manager in coordination with stakeholders.
What you'll be doing
Perform audit of daily transactions in accordance with the established standard audit procedures, and provide status timely
Analyze and submit adjusting entries to correct records based on audited amounts and proper accounts
Communicate queries to the concerned department/s and proactively follow up and close pending issues encountered
Submit report to Supervisor and/or Manager any inconsistency noted in the workflow process
Collaborate with other departments particularly on the provisioning of audit documents as required and requested by other departments
What we're looking for
Bachelors’ degree in Accountancy or any business related course
Attention to details
Can work with minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
