Join a respected Brisbane-based commercial cleaning company with nearly 25 years of proven success, a strong reputation for service excellence, and an exciting growth strategy that is driving expansion across Queensland and interstate markets.

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a highly motivated Regional Business Development Manager to play a key role in expanding our commercial and government client portfolio. This is more than just a sales role. For the right candidate, it offers a genuine pathway to a National Sales Manager position as the business continues to grow.

What's on Offer?

  • Attractive residual commission structure

  • Ongoing performance bonuses

  • Realistic earnings exceeding $170,000+ per annum

  • Dedicated Business Development Assistant to book appointments and support lead generation

  • Established and respected brand with a strong market presence

  • Opportunity to work with government, corporate and commercial clients

  • Clear career progression into senior leadership

About the Role

You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospective clients, and driving sustainable revenue growth across your region.
