Work on Major Mining Equipment. Home Every Night. We're looking for a Trade Qualified Diesel Fitter to join a growing workshop in Yatala, maintaining and repairing a fleet of heavy mining and earthmoving equipment.
This is a great opportunity for someone from a mining, quarry, civil, earthmoving, or mobile plant background who wants exposure to larger mining assets while enjoying the stability of a local workshop role.

About the Role You will be responsible for:

• Servicing and repairing heavy mining and earthmoving equipment
• Preventative and scheduled maintenance
• Diagnosing mechanical and hydraulic faults
• Breakdown repairs and troubleshooting
• Maintaining workshop and safety standards
• Completing maintenance reports and paperwork
• Supporting fleet reliability and workshop productivity
• Working on haul trucks, mobile plant, crushers, screens, agricultural equipment and light vehicles

About You To be successful you will have:

• Diesel Fitter trade qualification
• Experience maintaining mobile plant, mining, quarry or earthmoving equipment
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Hydraulic maintenance experience
• Current Driver's Licence

• CAT equipment experience
• Haul truck experience
• Mining maintenance background
• Crusher and screening plant experience
