Driver/Clerk

Do you like being on the move and getting things done? Salenga Law Firm is looking for a Driver/Clerk who knows Metro Manila’s roads and is just as comfortable at a records desk as behind the wheel. No two days are the same. One morning you might deliver filings to a court, and the afternoon could take you to a government office to collect documents, with plenty of office work in between.

What your days look like

• Drive the firm’s manual-transmission vehicle to courts, government agencies, and client offices across Metro Manila

• Handle filings, document pickups and deliveries, and mail

• Keep files, records, and supplies organized, and help with scheduling and data entry

• Greet clients and visitors, often the first person they meet at the firm

• Prepare simple reports and help manage materials and procurement

What we’re looking for

• Confidence driving manual vehicles in heavy city traffic

• Comfort with Google Maps and basic office applications

• A detail-oriented, punctual, and trustworthy approach to work

• Curiosity about how legal and court processes work

• Living in Pasig or ready to relocate before you start
