About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grass Cutter to join the team at Interactive Multi-Purpose Cooperative. This is a full-time position based in Pililla, Rizal. As a Grass Cutter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our grounds and landscaping areas. Your work will be essential in ensuring that all outdoor spaces are well-maintained, safe, and visually appealing for our community and clients. This position offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a dynamic gardening and landscaping environment whilst contributing to the overall maintenance and beautification of our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain grass cutting equipment, including lawn mowers, strimmers, and hedge cutters, in accordance with safety guidelines

• Cut grass and trim vegetation to specified heights and standards across designated areas

• Collect and dispose of grass clippings and garden waste in an environmentally responsible manner

• Maintain pathways, edges, and borders by trimming overgrown vegetation and clearing debris

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on landscaping equipment

• Work in varying weather conditions whilst adhering to all health and safety protocols

• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent standards of grounds maintenance

• Report any hazards, damaged equipment, or areas requiring attention to supervisors

• Maintain a clean and organised work environment and storage areas for tools and equipment
