HOUSEKEEPING

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of offices, showrooms, restrooms, hallways, reception areas, and other assigned premises.

2. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors as necessary.

3. Dust and wipe furniture, tables, chairs, shelves, glass panels, and other surfaces.

4. Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and other fixtures.

5. Empty trash bins regularly and dispose of waste in designated areas following proper waste segregation procedures.

6. Ensure that customer-facing areas, particularly the showroom and reception area, are clean, neat, and presentable at all times.

7. Replenish housekeeping supplies such as tissue paper, hand soap, and other sanitation materials.

8. Handle cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies properly and ensure they are stored in designated areas after use.

9. Report any damaged facilities, maintenance concerns, spills, or safety hazards to the immediate supervisor.

10. Follow established cleaning schedules, workplace safety procedures, and company policies.

11. Assist in maintaining cleanliness during company activities, meetings, and special events as required.

12. Perform other housekeeping-related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATION:

• At least a high school graduate or equivalent.

• With experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or general cleaning services is an advantage.

• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, sanitation procedures, and the safe use of cleaning materials.

• Physically fit and capable of performing routine cleaning tasks.

• Honest, hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented.

• Able to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, weekends, or holidays, if required by the company.
