International SaaS Business Development Executive / Manager

About the role

Take ownership of business growth for CODEMAX's SaaS and digital solutions across local and international markets. This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced B2B solution seller who enjoys opening new markets, solving real operational challenges, and building long-term customer partnerships.

At CODEMAX, you will represent practical SaaS and digital solutions that help businesses improve their operations. You will have direct access to product, technical, implementation, and management teams, giving you the support needed to understand customer challenges, shape suitable solutions, and build sustainable accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-focused sales plans to achieve revenue, customer acquisition, and growth targets.

• Identify, qualify, and convert new opportunities for CODEMAX's SaaS and digital solutions.

• Build trusted relationships with business owners, senior decision-makers, customers, and channel partners.

• Lead consultative discovery, understand operational challenges, and recommend practical solutions that create measurable value.

• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, and manage proposals, negotiations, and follow-ups through to closure.

• Maintain a disciplined sales pipeline, accurate forecasts, quotations, renewals, and account activity.

• Collaborate with product, technical support, implementation, marketing, finance, and management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing expectations, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.

• Success in this role means building a healthy qualified pipeline, converting suitable prospects into long-term customers, developing assigned markets, maintaining reliable forecasts, and contributing customer and competitor insights that improve CODEMAX’s commercial strategy.

About you

• At least 5 years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS, software, IT solutions, digital transformation, technology services, or solution selling.

• A proven record of meeting sales targets, winning new accounts, and growing customer relationships.

• Strong consultative selling, commercial negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

• The ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and follow through consistently.

• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, CRM, ERP, POS, business software, or digitalisation solutions.

• Experience selling to F&B, retail, central kitchens, SMEs, service businesses, or other operations-focused sectors is an advantage.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; candidates with strong relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.

• Fluent English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an advantage.
