Project Manager

Position Summary

HongZe Construction Builders Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead luxury landed residential projects in Singapore.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for the overall management of project delivery, including safety, quality, cost, schedule, client relationship, authority approvals, contract administration, and project handover.

This role requires a proactive leader who can anticipate risks, drive quality excellence, manage demanding stakeholders, and ensure successful project outcomes from commencement through TOP/CSC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership & Delivery

* Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction to final completion.

* Develop project execution plans, milestones and construction strategies.

* Monitor project progress against approved schedules.

* Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget and to required quality standards.

* Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

* Provide regular project status updates to management.

Required Qualifications

1.Education

* Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or related discipline.

2.Experience

* Minimum 8 years of Singapore construction experience.

* Minimum 3 completed landed residential projects from foundation to TOP/CSC.

* Experience managing projects valued above SGD 3 million.

* Proven track record delivering luxury residential or high-end residential projects.

* BIM coordination tools

Experience with Lark / Feishu will be advantageous.

* Proficient in English.

* Ability to communicate with Chinese-speaking workers, subcontractors and stakeholders is highly preferred.
