We are looking for a Sales Admin to support purchase order processing, sales forecast updates, and administrative documentation within the Sales team.

Job Description :

  • Handle sales administration and documentation.

  • Process COF, credit exception, and professional fee requests.

  • Support Odoo sales administration and issue coordination.

  • Verify sales fees, rewards, and payment documents.

  • Manage sales name card requests and partner MoU administration.

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Management teams.


Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any relevant field.

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in sales administration or a similar role.

  • Experience in operating Odoo is highly preferable.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.

  • Good attention to detail and ability to manage documents systematically.

  • Willingness to be based in Meruya, West Jakarta.
