Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for general ledger activities, account reconciliations, month-end closing support, financial reports, and analysis of accounting variances across assigned business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules for month-end closing.

• Prepare financial reports and schedules, including P&L reports and stock aging reports.

• Review inventory and accounting variances, investigate discrepancies, and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.

• Maintain complete accounting records and provide supporting documents for audits and tax compliance.

• Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is not required.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end closing.

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with QNE or similar accounting software is an advantage.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage deadlines.
