An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Strata Manager to join a well-established and respected strata management business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move away from managing a high volume of smaller properties and instead focus on approximately 12 larger buildings.

- Responding to owner and committee enquiries professionally.
- Working alongside an experienced support team to ensure the smooth operation of the portfolio.

Ideally, you will have:
- Previous experience managing strata portfolios in NSW.
- A strong understanding of NSW strata legislation.
- Experience managing larger or more complex buildings.
