Store Supervisor

• Lead daily store operations to deliver sales targets and an exceptional customer experience.

• Coach, motivate, and develop Store Associates on product knowledge, selling techniques, and brand standards.

• Oversee inventory accuracy, stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and store presentation.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction.

• Monitor store performance, prepare reports, and implement action plans to improve results.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.

Store Manager

• Drive sales and achieve business targets.

• Lead, coach, and develop store associates.

• Deliver excellent customer service.

• Maintain visual merchandising and brand standards.

• Manage inventory, scheduling, and store operations.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of retail management experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage teams.

• Passion for fashion and customer experience.

• Willing to work on holidays

• Willing to start ASAP
