Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and code reviews.
Manage BAU support, project delivery, and production incidents.
Drive application architecture, design, and development best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee security remediation, release management, and delivery governance.
Support knowledge transfer, transition, and handover activities.
