Accounting - AR, AP
Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily routine accounting duties
Handle accounts receivable duties, including AR breakdown and settlement
Prepare the Revenue Summary
Prepare monthly ageing reconciliation and customers’ statements
Handle accounts payable duties, including matching and processing vendor invoices, and preparing payment vouchers
Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly reports
Requirements:
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Experience in MNC or logistics industry is a plus
Familiarity with SAP and Excel is an advantage
Good command of English and Chinese
Immediately Available is an advantage
