Human Resources Officer (Project and Recritment), up to 25-30K

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Partner to provide HR account services to internal business units 

• Responsible for HR administration and support teams' daily operations

• Handle talent acquisition and management of assigned business units

• Liaise closely with stakeholders on recruitment, employee relations and engagement, and people development for internal staff to meet business objectives 

• Prepare HR analysis and reports

• Responsible for HR projects, including campus recruitment, staff satisfaction etc. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines

• At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources services, e.g. recruitment, employee relations, people development 

• Experience of working in a sizable company or MNC is an advantage 

• Well-versed in HK employment ordinances 

• Outgoing, energetic, aggressive, good at communication and presentation

• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin)
