Senior supply chain and operations leadership role managing end-to-end fulfillment, planning, and vendor management.

About the role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for end-to-end supply chain and operations management, including executive governance, integrated planning, multi-channel fulfillment, vendor management, risk and compliance, and expansion readiness across e-commerce and FMCG operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Coach, mentor, and develop functional managers; establish formal decision authority matrices (RACI) and department succession plans

  • Chair executive Sales, Capacity & Operations Planning (SC&OP) reviews; make final calls on inventory allocation, safety stock parameters, and working capital targets with Finance

  • Own end-to-end marketplace SLAs—including Ship-On-Time (SOT) rate, order accuracy, cancellation, and return rates—across everyday operations and peak Mega Campaigns (11.11 / 12.12)

  • Lead strategic sourcing and contract negotiations for 3PL facilities, couriers, and logistics partners; own department budget and optimize unit logistics cost per order

  • Lead the roadmap for WMS/OMS software adoption; maintain the supply chain risk register; ensure operational compliance with Philippine OSH Standards (RA 11058), Data Privacy Act (RA 10173), and Labor Code rules

  • Lead supply chain setup and go-live checkpoints for new brand partner onboardings, new digital sales channels, and regional market expansions

About you

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Logistics, or related field (MBA/Postgraduate degree is a plus)

  • Minimum 10–15+ years of total supply chain/operations experience, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role managing multi-layered teams through subordinate managers

  • Strong background in high-velocity e-commerce fulfillment, e-commerce enablers, or FMCG multi-tenant brand operations

  • Proven hands-on background spanning both supply chain planning (S&OP, forecasting, inventory health) and physical warehouse/3PL logistics execution

  • Proficiency with WMS, OMS, ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Anchanto, Logiwa), and advanced analytics reporting
